The first electronic biddings will be held on July 13, 14 and 15 on the internet website www.aukcija-mtc.gov.mk, through which the users will be able to apply and monitor the public bidding process until it is completed.

This was stated yesterday by the Minister of transport and communications, Mile Janakieski. "The system for electronic public bidding will save us time and space, and eliminate chances for manipulation", Janakieski said.

After the advertisement, the parties interested should submit a document for confirming deposit payment and thereby get a username and password from the Ministry in order to get registered in the electronic system. After they submit the requested data, they will get a unique password known only to them and with which they will be able to participate in the bidding. The public e-bidding can last from thirty minutes up to an hour. If a new offer is placed during the last three minutes, the bidding will be extended for two more minutes in order to prevent abuse of the system.
